The original purpose of this letter was to address our concern over a nightmarish real estate experience we had. However, it is the easy thing to point to the problem in a situation and much more difficult to determine the solution. So rather than complain and point to the problem I would like to commend and present a solution…. The experience my Wife and I went through this past week is something I would not wish upon anyone. Because of incompetency and dishonesty, we experienced unnecessary stress, worry and concern over a real estate transaction that should have been simple. But, the situation could have bee much worse if it was not for the efforts of Ken Morrison and his Team. Throughout the ordeal Ken Morrison acted as more than just our real estate agent, he was our advocate, our voice of reason and our coach throughout the process. He worked tirelessly to ensure the best interests of his client were met. In a world where ‘putting the customer first’ is more of a theoretical idea, I witnessed first hand the implications of taking this motto seriously. In our case It required hard work, long hours, difficult conversations, frustration and patience, all of which Ken and his Team embraced and did not shy away from. The solution to our experience will likely not be solved through formal complaints. I believe the solution is to support and encourage Realtors to act and function the way Ken and his Team did. The way we were treated by Ken and his Team likely did not pay-off in the short term but they have a faithful lifelong client that will not hesitate to call them up in all of our future real estate transactions. They also have an advocate who will promote and recommend Ken and his Team to any and everyone, and it is there where they will find their pay-off. Never lose the competitive urgency or the pursuit to operate with honesty and integrity Ken Morrison Team! I commend Ken Morrison and his Team for their effort and support in the successful sale of our property. If you are simply looking for a certified Realtor, there are a bunch out there.
